LiUNA Mid-Atlantic

Resolute Strategies worked with  LiUNA to repeal Right-to-Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia and invigorate the labor movement with a burst of new energy in the South. Due to our efforts, LiUNA successfully pushed Democratic candidates and elected officials to support pro-labor policies. He is the brainchild behind Virginia’s 2020 Fair Share Fee law that drastically rolls back the segregationist-era Right-to-Work law. In addition to policy advocacy, Bowman also worked to get labor union participation on major VA construction projects.
